To further deepen the achievements of the 2023 China International Digital Economy Expo, strengthen and optimize the digital industry in Shijiazhuang, and leverage the radiation and driving role of the digital economy in traditional industries, the Shijiazhuang Digital Economy Industry Investment Matchmaking Conference and Project Roadshow Investment and Financing Matchmaking Conference were held on November 22 in Shijiazhuang.

The conference, with the theme of "Gathering Artificial Intelligence Ecology and Exploring Future Investment Opportunities," was guided by Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province, the Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau of Hebei Province, and Hebei Development and Reform Commission. It was hosted by the People’s Government of Shijiazhuang City and organized by the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce and the Shijiazhuang Industry and Information Bureau. Over 120 government leaders, experts and scholars, and representatives from investment and financing institutions, digital economy parks, leading enterprises in the landing of intended investments, industry champions, specialized and innovative enterprises, and unicorns attended the conference.

This conference is the second industry investment matchmaking activity following the Shijiazhuang Digital Economy Industry Investment Matchmaking Meeting on October 25th. After early project tracking, communication and coordination between the government and enterprises, three project results were formed and signed on site. The YonBIP Industry Empowerment Center projects of the People’s Government of Luquan District and Shanghai Yonyou Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. The Hebei Intelligent Manufacturing Empowerment Center project between Hebei Chuanyi Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhongke Qiyuan (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. The China (Hebei) Free Trade Pilot Zone Zhengding Area Management Committee and the SCO National Digital Technology Platform. The China Electronics Chamber of Commerce's SCO National Digital Technology Platform Industry Research and Development (Hebei) Center project. Next, the contracting parties will leverage their respective strengths to contribute to the high-quality development of Shijiazhuang’s digital economy.

At the conference, Zhang Peng, the General Manager of China Headquarters Economic Strategy Design and Research Institute, gave a keynote speech on "Digital Industry in the Era of Headquarters Economy and the Future Development of Shijiazhuang City". Investment and financing institutions such as Huagui Capital, Shijiazhuang Technology Entrepreneurship Investment Company, and Beijing Intellectual Wealth Group also gave exchange speeches. Personnel from the Shijiazhuang Investment Promotion Bureau promoted industrial policies. Shijiazhuang will continue to increase support for the artificial intelligence industry, strengthen policy guidance and capital investment, promote innovation and application of artificial intelligence technology, and accelerate industrial upgrading and transformation development.

According to relevant personnel from the Shijiazhuang Municipal Government, this matchmaking conference aims to build a multi-party communication platform and play a role in the normalization mechanism of the Digital Economy Expo. Representatives of outstanding domestic digital economy enterprises and leaders of investment and financing institutions were invited to attend the conference, allowing more investment and financing institutions and high-quality enterprises to deepen consensus, work together, share the dividends brought by the deep connection between capital and projects, offer more financing opportunities to enterprises, provide more high-quality projects for investment institutions, bring more cooperation results to Shijiazhuang, and achieve multi-party win-win.
